Crew Cab door won't open

2019 Silverado 3500 High Country, rear extended cab door will not open from the inside or the outside.  It is just the driver side door, all other 3 doors open.  Door opened when we bought the truck not even a week ago.  3 days after we owned it the door wouldn't open.  We have tried to reset the locks by holding in the lock button on the driver side door.  We have not even had the truck a week.  Any suggestions?

I had a similar issue with my truck. After a week of owning it, the rear passenger door wouldn't open. After playing around with it, I realized it wasn't unlocking properly. The button would move halfway up and then re-lock.  If I hit the unlock button multiple times with the remote while pulling the exterior handle it would open. I brought it to the dealer and they confirmed that it needed a new lock actuator/ latch assembly. They replaced under warranty.
