Active Aero Shutters

Has anyone taken notice of these on the 2500s yet? I saw mine closed for the first time this morning when I parked it. Must've finally gotten cold enough to close them around here. Pretty neat, as this is the first vehicle I recall I've had that has had these on it. Well, the wife's Tahoe supposedly had them, but I never noticed them. Probably wouldn't have noticed the Silverado's had I not heard the "click" when they apparently closed completely.

I first noticed them on my 2500 the other day. I googled it & found out they’ve been out for a few years now. Kinda made me feel stupid for not knowing about them. Not sure when the 2500s started coming with them.
