1990 G30 no injector signal or spark

Hello all, I am in serious need of some help on my 1990 G30 van auto.

It has no spark and the injectors are not firing.

 

Things i have done:

Tested pick up coil.

Verified powers and grounds to ECU 

Verified 12v at injectors. key on

continuity checked all 4 ignition module wires from ECU connector to module.

tried to ground ppl/wht wire from ignition module (read that would send a signal to ecu to fire injectors).

tried 3 different ignition modules.

swapped ECU's

 

I am very unfamiliar with TBI and the ignition system on these old vehicles. I am clearly missing something here. Any advice could be greatly appreciated.
