touchscreen radio not responding

2019 Silverado trail boss. I had it less than a week and the radio stopped responding. the touchscreen didnt work and there was no sound. The other radio controls didnt work either. Since I have had the truck, it has done this multiple times.  its frustrating as it appears that Chevy has had this issue for years now. And they have not fixed it. Very disappointing for a $45000+ vehicle. If I had done a little more research I would have bought something different. 

is anyone aware of an actual fix for this problem?

IDK if its going to work but I had same issue, 7 months later they replaced the cable that goes from the display screen to radio, its been  4 days now with no issues. They replaced radio 2x and display once over the 7 months and always had issues return within hours or next day.
