I owned a 2016 chevy Colorado and the  leather seats were great. The leather seats in my new 2020 Canyon are very stiff and quite uncomfortable.  Did GM make a change in the seats since 2016?

Yup.  Sucks, don't it.  It reminds me of how comfortable the seats in my 99 Silverado were vs the seats in my 07 Sierra.  (Fabric for both)  The GMT-800 seats were MUCH more comfortable and seemed to be made of a heavier type of fabric too.
