Hello, I lost my pair of keys (controller and ignition key) for my 2017 Silverado ltz. I was wondering if there’s any way I can unprogram the remote for the lost set  so they are no longer able to open with the remote.

not by the owners manual, and even if you go to the dealer they will program a new one to the same settings as the original. you could ask if they can program new remotes to a different frequency

Yes. The dealer can clear all remotes and start over , adding only the remotes you supply/buy. Done it many times
