89 GMC K1500 Loss of power when giving it gas

the truck idles fine when sitting there then it'll die down and almost die out. I've changed the plugs plug wires distributor cap rotary button maps sensor throttle body three times fuel pump fuel sock and the fuel filter (yes its the right way) O2 censor is new. i have no clue what else to do
