2001 GMC Sierra 2500HD 6L Security System engaged

I have a 2001 GMC Sierra 2500HD 6L truck.that was stolen and recovered on the side of the road the next day about 30 minutes away from where it was stolen. The drivers side door lock cylinder was punched out and the ignition was busted apart.  A screwdriver will now start the truck.  I think the Passlock system may have disabled the vehicle.  I was wondering if anyone else has dealt with these scenarios.  I could sure use some advice in regards to the Passlock and ignition repair as well as the punched out drivers door lock.

For the punched out door cylinder, it's just buy a new handle, and possibly new lock cylinder if the tool damaged it, and bolt/clip it in place.

 

I haven't worked on the ignition cylinder/passlock system.
