Vacuum Leak- Possible reason for P0430

Is the "whistle" sound on the bank 2/ passenger side "normal".  I've got a few friends and their trucks do not make the same noise.  I've owned it for about 10K miles (92K on the OD).

UPDATE: Heard a 2019 5.3L today with 10K miles on it.  Same whistle noise; no maintenance issues......  must be something else causing the P0430.

I've gone through and removed the intake tube assembly (disconnected MAF so it would run) to isolate the "return" tubes from the valve covers as well as the entire intake baffle tube.  No change.  I disconnected the PCV, Intake manifold, and vacuum pump lines enough to get them sucking and have the truck idle down and no change to the whistling sound.

Just trying to figure out if this is leading to some of my issues or if it was lack of GDI preventative maintenance....... Lots of rough acceleration which lead to "manual" cleaning of valves, lots of chemicals before that, trying to get the carbon out.  Replaced plugs, CATS, and all four O2 sensors because of a P0430.  It was gone for about 2000 miles and now it's back.  Not thrilled!!
