for some reason my radio volume will not turn up, it was work fine earlier today, and now whenever I turn it past 30, it sounds like it is turning down. Is there a setting that I hit or some sort of software issue that is causing this?

Did you ever solve the problem?
Drove my 2020 TB LT to the store with no issues when I started the truck to go home the radio would be on the screen with no volume. The little screen on the dash everything was blank except the MPH. When at home waited a few minutes restarted the truck and it was back to normal.

There are a lot of electronics gremlins with this infotainment system. I've had a lot of problems with it and they usually fix themselves when you restart the truck. Best thing to do is get video of what it is doing if it continues and get a service tech to look at it while it's happening if possible.

It didn't fix itself right of way I had to wait a few minutes after I shut it down. A quick restart didn't work.

I've had issues with it as well where it has taken longer. One of the problems I tried restarting after 2 hours, still wasnt working, made an appt with my dealer and the next morning was working fine, had that happen twice in 6 months although second time for same issue fixed right after a restart.

You can maybe have them try reinstalling the software, but unless the problem is occurring when they are looking at it, probably wont be much they will do to help. This system is great when it works, but very buggy.
