2017 Yukon not cooling

This year when I turn the cooling on I'm getting heat instead of cool air. Had good open don't here the compressor engage when called for. Unfortunately I can find my auto connection for my refigerent gauges. they did do a recall on it this winter bout breaks. Wondering that could have anything to do with it. If they had to load software for recall.

there is also a TSB for the condenser.
id take it in

Plus 1, you have a bad condenser.

 

Push to get it replaced under the special extended warranty, very well known problem with the trucks and SUV's.
