Rattle noise front end 2017 Silverado

So I’ve got a rattle/grind noise coming from the front end of my truck. Can only hear it with window down or outside of truck but it is loud. Only happening at low speeds right now. Doesn’t matter if I’m accelerating, braking or just coasting. Had the transfer case checked out, everything is solid in the wheels

. Mechanic heard the noise but can’t diagnose it. Any ideas? Happens around the :05 second mark, may have to turn volume all the way up, ignore the roaring noise my tires are just that way but listen for the metallic rattle.

Does it change when you steer side to side?
Sounds like a bearing... maybe.

Unfortunately not, it’s all while driving straight. Around parking lot speed. Under 25ish.

For whatever reason it just reminds me a heat shield rattle but it's hard to say exactly. Having the truck on a lift, then putting it in drive and gaining wheel speed is something I used to do for weird noises like that.
