Power steering leak on 2011 Silverado

Recently I replaced the rack and pinion on my 2011 Silverado and had no problems afterwards but out of nowhere there last two weeks I’ve been having to add power steering fluid every couple of days. I thought it was leaking from where the hoses go into the rack and pinion but when I looked underneath the truck there was fluid dripping Off both rubber boots for tie rod ends. I’m wondering of I got a defective rack and pinion or not. Any help would be greatly appreciated. Thanks

Sounds like that is possible. The seals are not holding the pressure and it's leaking.
