Carpeted Under seat storage, standard on AT4?

Is the carpeted under rear seat storage standard on a AT4? My AT4 has the Technology package, AT4 premium package and the Driver alert 1 and 2 package. I don't see any reference to it being standard. 

 

The reason ask is it came with my truck but I see no reference to it or me being charged for as a extra accessory.

The carpet always includes the area under the rear seat. 

 

Base trims have rubberized vinyl floor covering, with carpet as an option.

Assume he means the carpeted bin under the seat. 
 

The bin comes with any truck that has split folding rear bench with armrest and seatback storage cubbies. That seat is standard on the AT4 and thus so is the bin under it.

There is also a GM accessory locking plastic bin that can replace it.
