2003 Denali XL Battery Drain Issues

 I have a 2003 GMC Denali XL that is constantly having battery Drain issues, I e gone through 3 batteries now. Last attempt was removing the "info" fuse from under the hood, this seemed to slow the drain down but I'm now at the point that the battery is so dead again after sitting a couple weeks that i cant even charge it. Are there common issues with this year model? Is there a direction i should start with now that i know it wasnt on star or the rear movie player? Please help.
