I have a 09 chevy 5.3 I installed a stage 3 cam in the truck and was wondering if I have to get the computer programmed to it and if so who to get ahold of

I would suggest you find a tuner.  If there  isn't one local to you that can run it on a dyno and tune it then I would go with Black Bear Performance.  You will have to get an Auto Cal from them and data log but it is easy and then Justin can fine tune to your set-up.  Did you put a cold air intake on it and open up the exhaust at all to take advantage of that cam?

That's a big camshaft. I wouldn't want an email tune to be honest.

 

You'll need a wideband o2 sensor as well. No point in tuning without one.
