Rim Rocker Trail

I drive to Moab, Utah every few years and it's about time I head back but I wanted to try a different approach and take the Rim Rocker Trail this year to get a different view of the country.  Has anybody driven the ~160 mile Rim Rocker Trail from Colorado to Moab, Utah in a full size truck?  I'm very curious if it's something I can do in my full size truck without scratching every inch of it.
