Power Steering

I bought a used 06 Silverado 1500 Z71 4x4 back in 2010 and since I bought it, I’ve always had a problem with the steering wheel tightening up whenever I fully turn it to the left while at slow speed or while completely stopped... I have to either step off the brake pedal and give it a little gas in order for the steering wheel to loosen up. I dont get any loss of steering or tightening of steering while driving, only while stopped or at really slow speeds. Within the last 5 years I’ve replaced the power steering pump, power steering flow valve, intermediate shaft, pitman arm, idler arm serpentine belt, a tensioner and I’ve also replaced the gear box with a refurbished one however I still have that problem from time to time. My truck is on stock z71 suspensión with nitto grappler a/t 285/70/17’s on stock rims.
