Can you identify missing harness/connector?

Hello I bought a 2018 Silverado 1500 on a auction and somehow the passenger window only goes down but not up . I tried following the wires and I am not sure if my truck is missing a connector. Can someone let me know if all trucks have that blue connector I highlighted in that image. My truck is the one without the connector. It seems like there is a bypass too. But it could be a dummy so I’m just tying to eliminate possibilities.

Welcome to the site.

Skip forward to around 4:00 minutes, know it is a 2500, but should be pretty close to the same set up. Same video by the looks of your picture, but a virgin truck.

Bottom two pics are from E Bay, so they would not have the looms that are attached to the truck with them.

Do you have one on the drivers side fuse box?

@JimCost2014 Hey Jim thanks for replying, I checked the driver's side and it does have the blue harness on but not on the passenger. I'm thinking this is the problem to my window issue.

You are very welcome.

Maybe unplug it and see if the drivers window does the same thing.
