2008 gsm Sierra 1500 won't get ready for inspection

My 2008 gmc Sierra with a 5.3l  will not get ready for inspection. The cat on bank one and the soap monitor will not get ready for inspection.  I had the Fuel Control Module changed. I need help, I have driven over 3000 miles.

I think he means that the scanner is ust reading not ready, not that there is a code.

Drive cycles can be very difficult to complete.  Do you have a tune? This can negativity impact the ECUs ability to check certain monitors. Just grasping at straws...
