2018 Silverado Multiple Problems

I have a 2018 Silverado with a 5.3L, 48k miles. Multiple things going on with it. About 2 weeks ago while driving the check engine light started to flash and the voltage dropped to 12.5v. A few miles later the engine light turned back off and the voltage jumped back up. The voltage goes up and down occasionally now. Next issue is the radio and dash reset while driving. At times it does it bad enough that the engine hiccups and it asks me to roll down and up the drivers window to rest something. At that same time it feels like the power steering goes out because the wheel is extremely hard to turn. The last thing that happened yesterday is the a/c started only blowing hot air. Power cycle the truck, power cycle just the a/c system, etc and nothing changes. I thought initially it had to be something with the belt because all these things are driven off the belt. But after a quick inspection everything looks normal. No issues stand out. Has anybody had these similar issues combined and what was the fix? I can't help but think they are all related because the timing. Please help!

Every issue points to a bad ground or loose ground cable at the battery. Especially the driver's window issue. Guaranteed that means power was lost even if it was for a split second. Power steering is electronic so again you lost steering, you lost power.

That would cause the a/c to quit producing cool air too?

Quite possibly the climate controls glitched with the ground problem. Concentrate on the ground issue first, then worry about the a/c. It is MUCH more important that the steering is there vs a/c.
