Transmission Issue

When it gets warm outside and after I’ve come to a stop my Chevy z71 will come out of gear. I give it gas and it will jump into first. Took it to dealership and not codes and they can’t get it to duplicate. Happens quite a bit. Any suggestions?

More information to help us help you.  How many miles are on it and has the transmission ever been serviced?

95,500 miles and it has been serviced

Well if the fluid level is correct and the fluid is in good shape then I would suspect something electrical.  Which of course is very hard to trouble shoot until it throws a code or does it ever single time.  Sorry I couldn't help more.  Maybe someone else will chime in.
