2014 wiper issue

2014 Sierra

Every time I start truck the wipers cycle 1 time and then  stop. They are always in the intermittent position. They never go all the way down to stop position.

I have changed the motor & the switch and no changes.

When you changed the motor, did it come with the circuit board or did you switch it?
