Bose replacement? where to get signal wires

Installing a JL Audio FIX86 DSP to process signal from factory head unit (with BOSE).  Do i get signal after amp?  If so, what are the wire color codes?  I want to be able to retain front/rear fader control.  Therefore i need all speaker leads to input.

 

Tried digging through prior posts to no avail.  Any help is appreciated.

In the 2000 GM switch to a digital signal between the head unit and the amp.

but it sounds like you're trying to run the signal out of the head unit in through a sound processor correct?

I assume to then run through preamp outputs into amplifiers and then onward to speakers?

Are you trying to capture a digital or an analog signal?
