Clicking noise

My 2019 Chevy Silverado LTZ is making a clicking noise when I get up to about 40mph could anyone help me out cause I don’t know what could be the problem. I called onstar and they did a diagnosis on it and they said it’s no electrical problem.

CV joints usually click when they go bad.

But it sounds like it’s coming from the motor it’s a 2019 though with 8k miles on it.
