Well, the exhaust rotted out finally.

Had a local reputable shop do it all. I just ordered tips and mufflers.

Went with flow master FX mufflers, and jones tips. Turned out nice, sounds good, not crazy loud but gets throaty when i really hammer it.

I’ve already noticed a drop in running RPM (100-200). Seems like it needed to breathe better. Anyway, knocked that off the list!08a4d9c6e0c5a52fdb1c368cd1a14cb5.jpg

Looks great man, nice! My uncle and I are getting a K3500 project after we finished installing the brake kit, wheel and tire packages plus front bumper on the current Wrangler JK project and clear the garage. Initial inspection on the K3500 there are some bad rust spots and probably need a new exhaust so we'll consider flow master.

Thanks! Like i said it’s not loud by any means. My 2004 is louder (same shop did that 5 years ago). Low tone when idling and low rpms, but does get throaty when stepping on it, but not loud. I didn’t want something loud as I plow driveway later in the evening and early am.

If you want something louder I’d suggest the super 40.

I can take a rev clip if you want.

Tips are 2.5” to 4”

This has been a project for sure. Pretty sure it needs injectors to fix the hot start problem. Aside that if you need any pointers, happy to supply any info/knowledge I’ve gained here and doing work on it myself.
