09 Yukon XL no shift indicator

I have an 09 GMC Yukon XL that I recently put a transmission in, after installing the transmission I found that the shift indicator, the rear park assist beeper, reverse lights, transmission temperature gauge and cruise control are no longer functioning. I have checked the wiring for the transmission and preformed a pin fit test on the main harness going into the transmission and everything is functioning properly. With a scanner hooked up I can see what gear the vehicle is going into and I can see the transmission temperature. I am having no drivability issues with it. The truck drives and shifts good. The vehicle does have an aftermarket radio in it, so I wasn't sure if that was what is causing my issues. Any help would be awesome, I have been racking my brain with this thing for 3 days now (well after work for a couple hours) .
