Howdy yall,

I have a 2014 GMC Sierra with a 6.2l. Was driving and the AC cut out. Pulled over to see why (thinkin blown fuse or belt snapped) found the 2 bolts holding in the rad, fans, condenser came out. Odd... zip tied it back into place but the AC is still not working and the BOTH fans are on high at all times. Relay is fine, fuses are fine. Replaced the coolant temp sensor but no luck. Any help?

Find and tapp on the high pressure switch. Maybe its stuck open due to x amount of high pressure events.

What exactly will that do? Should it if it is stuck open, cause the compressor to kick in and the fans off?
The pressure switch is likely the same design it always has been(a bi-metal snap disk). I do it often to hvac units. If it is stuck open it will close and pass power. Im just throwing this out there as a possibility who knows.
