Courtesy lights wont turn off and door lock issue

2008 GMC Sierra extended cab 4.8L

I noticed yesterday around lunch when I shut the truck off the radio immediately went off instead of playing until I opened the door. The doors do not lock when I put the truck into drive either. They try to unlock when I put the truck in park. When I got home from work I noticed the courtesy light where on and wouldn't shut off. I had to end up pulling the fuse to get them to shut off. Is this an issue with the door not being recognized as closed because the switch failed? Is the only switch in the rear extended cab door? Any help would be appreciated.
