Audio problem with kicker multipro gate

Anyone having issues with their kicker audio system in the tailgate? The usb and aux ports do not connect at all but Bluetooth will connect and I’m able to control play/pause/seek via the tailgate which shows its working on the phone but I get zero sound. Brought it in and the tech couldn’t figure it out now having to bring it back in for a gm tech to look at it.

Had a similar issue. Wife connected her phone via Bluetooth which worked fine, but the AUX input didn't work. Don't have a solution for you, but hoping you get an answer.
