Unknown driver on dic

So I have an 03 Silverado 2500 lb7. I was driving to work yesterday and noticed my cruise control quit working. Went on about my business. When I came out for lunch my key fob didn't work. My locks and windows won't work.it read unknown driver in the odometer and It cranks but immediately shuts off. I tried to relearn the pass key that didn't work. The security light comes on but doesn't stay on. Even tried to bypass the whole system. I disconnected  the battery still nothing. The vats doesn't appear to be the issue. I've checked fuses. I seen somewhere about the memory seat module going bad could cause this. Has anyone else heard this or know how I could trouble shoot it. There's not much info online about it
