In search of a cable loom support/standoff

Hello all,

 

I'm searching for a wire loom support, pictured below. This particular piece is on the battery cable that runs across the firewall over to the driver's side fuse panel, but it's used other places as well (coil pack and fuel injector wiring for one).

I've tried clips & fasteners, Au-veco and HellermannTyton with no luck. Even went to a dealer and the best the parts guy could do is the entire cable assembly.

 

Any help greatly appreciated.
