Kristina Birdwell Posted September 13, 2020 Posted September 13, 2020 So my boyfriend of 4 months backed my trailblazer into my father's only 4 month old 2019 silverado diesel truck, it is right passed the back wheel on the driver side and it's scratched and has a fist wide dented area. How can I get this repaired on a budget. Please help, I'm marring this man in Feb. So it has to be made right.
steve841 Posted September 13, 2020 Posted September 13, 2020 I have a brother that does that kind of crap ... Paintless dent repair can do magic .... try that. Scratch likely will remain but ....
NE18 Posted September 13, 2020 Posted September 13, 2020 Have the Boyfriend figure it out; he damaged it. Perhaps get the insurance companies involved; that way it’s repaired correctly and only the deductible has to be paid. 1
Donstar Posted September 13, 2020 Posted September 13, 2020 Welcome to this forum. Follow steve841's suggestion. If it's too large for them, then go through insurance and a reputable body shop. Also, I'm sure you provided the personal information for a reason. If after 4 months of dating, you're certain this is a lifelong match, then you should have no trouble delaying marriage until at least Feb. 2022. In time, you will amaze yourself with how much more there is to learn about someone once the new car smell is gone.
