Thumbwheel intermittent

Has anyone encountered an intermittent thumbwheel when attempting to scroll the info page, etc.. Pressing it to acknowledge or dismiss a function works but will not scroll the selections. It happens about half the time I use the truck. I’ve only had the truck 2 months and also wondered if using/having on a function will disable the thumbwheel? 2019 Silverado LTZ 4X4

I've also got a '19 LTZ 4x4 and noticed similar issues. Mine tends to work, but the issue I have is the scroll wheel will tend to skip a screen or 2 because of some lag. Otherwise that's my only issue so far.
