Settings erased

Got in my 19 Trail Boss this morning and every setting and channel preset have been erased back to factory settings.  I thought it may have been from an update to the infotainment system, but it doesn't show one recently.  Anyone else have this happen?

Mine did that once. I was playing around with the radio settings the day prior trying to get something to work with my phone after a update on my phone so not sure if I bumped something or not.
