So randomly the Bluetooth in my '17 silverado stopped working. By stopped working I mean it doesn't recognize that it even has Bluetooth. I cannot pair or manage devices. Both options are greyed out when I press media or go to Bluetooth in the settings. I've tried factory resetting the radio through the settings, I've also disconnected my battery for an hour (which did nothing). I've been searching online for weeks and can't find anyone else with this issue. Chevy wants to charge me $160 just to look at it.

Welcome to the site.

Have you tried this route?

Pairing a Phone 1. Press speak button on the steering wheel, The system responds “Ready,” followed by a tone. 2. Say “Bluetooth.” 3. Say “Pair.” The system responds with instructions and a four-digit Personal Identification Number (PIN). The PIN is used in Step 5.

It says "follow the instructions on the screen to pair a new Bluetooth device" but nothing changes on the screen.

Truck updates current? Phone as well? Maybe "forget this device" on your phone (if it is an Apple), then turn it off, then back on. You should see see your truck if it works on the phones Bluetooth list.

These are just guesses, hopefully one is correct.

I'm having the same exact problem, i've literally tried everything to get it to work. Nothing comes close to even getting it to work.
