'99 Silverado won't crank

Drove my '99 Z-71 4.8L yesterday. When I went to start it 2 hours later it wouldn't even click. The lights are bright and don't dim when I try to start it. I cleaned the side post terminals. My battery charger shows the battery has a full charge. I looked at the starter from under the truck and cables looked OK but with skid plate on what you see is limited.

I haven't checked anything in the Electrical Center yet but I did notice that there are Circuit breakers  marked "IGN1" and "Start" on the diagram. Is this something I should check?

 UPDATE - I found the problem!

I must have bumped the theft deterent key that is under the dash next to the drivers door just enough to cause it to break contact. After removing the theft deterent key and reinserting it the truck starts fine. I guess it works like it is supposed to, huh.

I'll be back with my next problem, You guys are better than living next door to Mr Goodwrench. :D:seeya:

If it's what I think it is, it's an aftermarket theft deterrant. There is a key wired into the ign circuit that you can remove to keep the vehicle from starting.
