I just finished installing a heated steering wheel in my 2017 LT. I purchased the wheel and the clockspring from my local Chevy dealer as well as the harness necessary from the Harness Dr. I plugged in all the connections, routed the wire that came with the harness into the fuse box, ran a wire to ground it and plugged in both connections for the heated wheel itself. After reconnecting the battery the vehicle had no issues, all the steering wheel controls worked and no warning lights but the heated wheel itself did not light up when I pressed the button for it.

Does anyone have any idea what it could be I followed all the instructions from multiple videos on how to do it as well as the instructions provided by the harness dr. Please let me know.

pgamboa I sent you a message on Facebook about it. If you want I could more easily provide you pictures of the original wheel and the part numbers of the new parts I installed

I would disconnect the ground terminal ring and make sure it’s getting a good, non painted surface contact. Reconnect and see if you’re getting power then.
