Exhaust noise??

My truck is making this weird (I think exhaust) noise when going at low speed/high rpms, like when im backing out of a parking space or pulling forward slowly. It sounds really throaty and like something is vibrating or rattling. It has done it since I bought the truck (end of July) and it seems that it has gotten progressivly worse. Anyone got any ideas on what this could be? Im gonna take it into the dealer to get a door handle fixed, so I'm gonna ask them about it then. Just wondering if anyone has an idea of what it could be.

I would guess that a heat shield is loose somewhere...

I thought it was just a loose heat shield but come to find out that the baffles had broken loose inside the muffler. I had it happen on my 2500 Yukon XL with 8.1. They replaced the entire exhaust under warranty. Service Manager said that they have seen a few roll through that come that way from the factory. A missed weld? Hope this helps.
