Redja1990 Posted February 11, 2021 Posted February 11, 2021 I have a 2005 silverado when I have it turned to heat on full blast setting 5 the volume of air out of the vents is not that great all my blower settings work just fine but when you turn the temperature to cold it blows a ton of air this truck does not have a cabin air filter so I'm curious why the weak airflow on heat only?

Same truck and same issue here lol. I just had resistor and plug replaced. Still does it. Now thinking it might be blenddoor actuator? Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
Redja1990 Posted February 11, 2021 Author Posted February 11, 2021 I have replaced the mode door actuator resistor wireing harness blower motor and hvac control module and have had no change in air volume.
