2005 silverado blower motor

I have a 2005 silverado when I have it turned to heat on full blast setting 5 the volume of air out of the vents is not that great all my blower settings work just fine but when you turn the temperature to cold it blows a ton of air this truck does not have a cabin air filter so I'm curious why the weak airflow on heat only?

Same truck and same issue here lol. I just had resistor and plug replaced. Still does it. Now thinking it might be blenddoor actuator?

I have replaced the mode door actuator resistor wireing harness blower motor and hvac control module and have had no change in air volume.
