I posted this in the Mod board but haven't had any responses so I thought I would try here as well.

I have a 2020 Silverado WT provided by my company.  My 2016 had a 3.5MM audio plug in the center console and I had a Sirius radio that I connected that way.  Chevy has stripped these trucks way down and no longer gives you a 3.5MM jack (or any storage for that matter).  The Sirius radio came with an FM adapter that goes in series with the normal FM radio antenna which then allows you to tune to a station on the radio to listen to the receiver.  I located what I am pretty sure is the antenna connection behind the passenger dash below the glove box.  I don't know how to get the cable out to see if it is the same style as the Sirius adapter.  In the old days you just pulled hard but this looks like it may have a captive plug that needs to be released but I can't see well enough to tell.

I found a picture from back in 2019 on this forum that has a good image of the unit,  It's the black coax that I assume is the FM antenna,

Can anyone tell me what has to be done to release the cable?  Thanks in advance.

Looking at the pic, you'd have to squeeze the black tab on the back of that cable while pulling it out to release it. The pic doesn't show much of that black tab. They're could be a red or white plastic tab inside of it at the very end. If there is you'll need to pull that down first to disengage the lock so you can do the first thing I said. I've found fingernails aren't enough to pry a locking tab down. You'll need a pick or some other tool to help out.
