20 Denali 1500 paint match grille surround installed

Not horrible to do, about 2 hours of taking my time. I like it much better now.

I’ll have to take it somewhere for better pics but I also got rid of the black lighted emblem. It got lost in the grille without some sort of chrome trim to make it pop. Looked great at night but during the day meh. So I swapped to a black GMC emblem. Much easier to swap out with the grille out haha

the outer part and inner are two separate pieces right?

I have mine plastidipped right now, waiting to see how long that lasts. I will be going to paint next if it doesn't last. good so far though.

Yea it comes apart. You have to take your time as there’s bout 14 tabs and 4 bolts holding it together. Once you get it started it comes apart fairly easily. But the key is go slowly do you don’t break any tabs. Pic of the surround removed from the grille.

3 1/2” lift! Didn’t wanna go really high, I’m pretty happy with the stance

@Jake romeLooks great! I’m undecided on what to do. I think these trucks look great lifted but it’s gonna be about $5k to do it. Including wheels and tires. I’m looking at a 6 inch BDS lift

6” is gonna be big! I did a rough country lift and it was only like $900 installed. The truck still rides like factory and it’s not a huge leap to get in. Trust me I love the look of a 6” lifted truck but I load dirt bikes into my truck every weekend and did not want the bed to any higher then it is. I guess it really depends on what your looking for and if your gonna try and get some super big tires under her. But yea 5k is a lot harder of a pill to swallow then $900 lol

Yeah I’m not sure I wanna spend that. Maybe I’ll just level it and call it a day lol
