Cams and heads and such

Recommended Posts

I plan on doing a Texas speed dod/ afm delete, but keeping vvt and when I do that, if not at the same time within the next year, I want to mill down my heads for more compression in turn more torque, port them and such. From Texas speeds Dyno test the 212/218 cam will produce better low end torque while the 216/220 will give you horses, so my question is, if I’m looking for torque over horsepower should I go ahead and get the 216/220 to match the milled heads or the 212/218 for torque gains
