Bumper question

If you have the Jan 04 issue of Truckin', please look at the Boze Alloys ad on page 127. What kind of bumper is that on the Caddy in the ad? Across the page there is a pic of a white dually with the stock Caddy bumper. I thought it was a 99-02 GMC bumper, but they are slightly different. Any help? I want to get that bumper for my project.

I belive theres an OVERLAY part that snaps ontop of a bumper they use it on escalades and yukon denali. But its kinda expensive from what I hear.
