Thats something you should make an appointment to get checked out.  Before you do make sure you check the trans fluid, after you get the truck up to temperature. If the fluid level is good then it is likely it is an internal problem.  It might be a shift solenoid but you would need to drop the pan to inspect them.  If you are savy enough to do that, then change the filter, and gasket while there.  If that is more then you are willing to do, just take it to a dealer and get their opinion.
