triggering cameras from unused button

has anyone figured out a way to trigger the cameras from one of the unused buttons?   Now, even with the camera icon in the infotainment system moved to the first screen its still always a 2 step procedure, id love to be able to hit one button or icon to call up the cameras.

Good question that I am wondering as well. I hope there is a good solution for this.

Following as well.  I was just searching to see if someone else asked this before I did.  Was hoping there was a shortcut, but at least you guys validated that I'm not missing something.  Love the cameras on this thing, would like to have quicker access.

I surprised GM didnt to it on there own... I've always liked that ford had a dedicated camera button. Makes it extra disappointing when there is that blank button staring at you in the middle of our dash!
