I have a 2008 Silverado with rear drum brakes. The problem I’ve been having has been going on for months, when I’m braking i hear a constant creak or popping sound that seems to come from near the rear brakes as the tires turn. I’ve have new ac delco shoes and drums, new adjusters and also new rear axle bearings. Also seems to have a slight vibration when I’m coming to a stop almost like a pulsating feeling. Any help will be appreciated. I have uploaded a video of how it sounds.

I haven't messed with drum brakes in decades but that sure sounds like springs out of whack.  Take it apart and have a look, get the manual out so you can check if its assembled right.
