Nothing works at all no needles only back lighting. Nothing i need mileage to fix it how do i get that its digtial? Im lost

Either send it away for repair or grab your soldering iron & start watching YouTube videos.

only lights working, I would check that the plug to it is getting power and ground (there are multiple pins for both), and if it has power/gnd to all of them, then I would re-solder the known "bad" spots on the circuit boards, and test again.
