If I put LED bulbs in the third break light, along with the reverse lights, would I need resistors in them as well? I know of the blinkers you do but what about the rest? Also, I would assume youd need resistors in the four tails also? Thanks.

You only need a resistor where a turn signal wire is meaning only the top and bottom bulbs of the rear tail light

Gotcha. Diode Dynamics trying to sell me resistors for other spots so wanted to clarify. Maybe Ill just not change the tails. Seems like drama to wire in a resistor. lol. Thanks for the reply.

So all reverse lights are a simple bulb swap? Is diode dynamics the goto for lighting. Its really dumb gm didnt just make them led when everything else is...

I just personally like Diode Dynamics. I have had issues with Superbrights in the past and stopped using them. DD are more expensive but I have never had one burn out on any vehicle. Also, the ones I am looking at are 720 lumens lol.

So I ordered the third brake light, both cargo lights and both reverse lights.

Yes its a simple bulb swap. For signals I prefer Lasfit and no preference on reverse bulb. Just make sure its a bulb that has the lense on the back for projection. I believe my brand is YitaMotors or something Yita for that

Nice, I didnt know that they made LEDs with the resistors built in etc. Do we have standard or CK sockets?
