Draining 2015 Silverado Fuel tank

 I need to get the gas out of my silverado tank. I have disconnected the line at the intake, attached a hose and ran it to the gas can. I have jumper the fuel pump relay (contacts 30 and 87) very little gas is coming out IF AT ALL. There is power to the jumper. Any ideas what I am doing wrong? THanks in advance

The proper way to do it would be to drop the gas tank.
You could remove the fuel pump and siphon from there, maybe?
